Delivery to parcel machines

As soon as your parcel is delivered to the parcel machine, you will receive a notification on the mobile phone number specified when placing the order. You can pick up the parcel within 7 days after receiving the notification. On the terminal screen, click the "Receive a parcel" button, and enter the code that you will receive on your mobile phone or email.

As soon as your parcel is delivered to the pick-up point, you will receive a notification to the mobile phone or email specified when placing the order.

Delivery by Itella, Omniva or DPD courier

Delivery by courier is carried out all over Latvia, choose this type of delivery if you want your order to be delivered to your home. The goods will be delivered within 1-2 business days from the moment you receive a notification about the transfer of the order to the courier. Couriers deliver orders on a pre-planned route, so there is no way to choose the exact delivery time. You will receive a phone reminder in advance that your goods are on their way, then no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time, the courier will contact you. Delivery of goods in Riga and its region is carried out on weekdays from 8:00 to 22:00. To other cities - from 8:00 to 18:00.

Delivery by courier

This type of delivery is made only in Riga and Riga Region. Delivery is carried out only to an apartment building (without entering the apartment) or to a private house (without entering the territory). In the explanations for the order, you must indicate the desired delivery time, after receiving the payment, the store employees will contact you to agree on the time and date of delivery.
